Elspeth Finch is the founder and CEO of IAND (Indigo & Limited), a digital supplier management platform. She won the 2013 Royal Academy of Engineering Silver Medal and was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire in 2018. She has 20 years’ experience in engineering and tech, as the founder of two technology driven startups and as a senior leader within Atkins, a FTSE 250 engineering consultancy.​
