We are looking for a Product & QA manager to work directly with our Head of Technology to make sure our platform delights & delivers value to our users.  We are in a phase of rapid growth and are looking for talent to join our amazing team to solve problems, shape and maintain quality of our product and fast track our growth

What we’re looking for

A product and QA manager with an eye for detail and who sees a great user experience as being critical for adoption and product led growth.

 

Our users span global enterprise organisations to new start ups and your role as a Product & QA manager is to make collaboration simpler by providing high quality, secure technology that is simple & intuitive to use.

What you'll be doing

Working with our Head of Tech to take charge of the product lifecycle to:

  • Create thorough feature specs and acceptance criteria; collaborating closely with customer & development teams.

  • Design workflows and wireframes,

  • Lead on QA - prepare test plans and detailed test cases according to the requirements and report on results.

Manage & maintain product systems:

  • Define and analyse success metrics

  • Maintain and communicate the product backlog and roadmap.

  • Maintain documentation on the systems & workflows used for product & QA

  • Integrate usability studies & research into product requirements

  • Work with other teams to deliver on our quarterly goals

  • Champion our design principles & quality processes across IAND

Key skills​

  • Communication skills, written and verbal

  • Organisational & analytical skills: data analysis, with attention to detail

  • Previous product management experience, including delivery of entire products start to finish

  • Experience developing web-based products, technologies and platforms

  • Collaboration and teamwork

  • Working in a fast-paced environment

  • Honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm

  • A relevant degree and or experience in a similar position

  • The ability to learn new skills, be proactive and adapt to changing business needs
