Intern

A paid internship for three months. Initially remote but could include working at IAND's central London office. 

 

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join the IAND team on a paid internship for three months. This is a great opportunity for a talented individual to join a growing tech start-up based in central London, working with some of the UK’s largest firms and solving real problems on a daily basis.

 

We’re a team that comes from a range of backgrounds – engineering, start-ups, enterprise, consumer tech and more - you’d work directly with everyone in our team, including the CEO.

About the Role

We are looking for a brilliant candidate to help support our growing business. Reporting into the Customer Success Manager, you will be involved in:

  • Client success + delivery: Supporting the on-boarding and training of new platform users, including demos and keeping IAND Academy (support) content up to date.

  • Customer support: Participate in managing our support calls and inbox, ensuring high quality responses and constantly improving our FAQs. 

  • Business research: supporting sales and customer success through research into the market and client needs.

  • CEO support: Working closely with the CEO to arrange and minute meetings, monitor the trade press and support marketing activities.

  • You’re organised and love getting things done

  • You have a high level of attention to detail, and understand the importance of quality when communicating and working with clients across our brand

  • You have an exceptional ability to write well and confidence in communicating over the phone.

  • You’ll welcome feedback and direction but you’re not afraid to respectfully challenge the system if you suspect that there’s a better way.

  • You relish learning and solving problems!

Requirements

  • Valid UK right to work.

  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite

  • Excellent written and spoken English
