Account Manager - Enterprise

IAND is looking for an experienced account manager to join our customer success team. We are in a phase of rapid growth and we are looking for talent to join our amazing team to shape our customer experience, help our clients and fast track our growth.

Key responsibilities

Our customers are central to our business and we’re looking for an account manager who can own the entire post-sales relationship, including onboarding, ongoing retention and growth. You’ll work closely with teams from across IAND, helping to advocate on behalf of our customers. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Build strong customer relationships, and be the first point of contact for customers

  • Strategic stockholder management to build trust and transparency with clients, at multiple levels and roles within an organisation

  • Business case development

  • Deliver and lead on customer training, including webinars and 1:1 training sessions

  • Evaluate and analyse customer needs, to inform IAND product development

  • Onboard new clients and manage ongoing services

  • Grow user adoption

  • Identify friction points in the product to share with the product team

  • Grow customers lifetime value

  • Act as a customer advocate

  • Reporting data & analytics

 

Key skills & experience

  • Stakeholder management & influencing skills

  • Communication skills, written and verbal

  • Business development and key account management

  • Project management (with awareness of Agile methodologies)

  • Analytical: data and information

  • Collaboration and teamwork

  • Experience of working with clients in the Engineering, Built Environment or Infrastructure Sector

  • Working in a fast-paced environment

  • Honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm

  • A degree, or equivalent experience

Role and benefits

  • Flexible working available, this role is open for part time working

  • Permanent contract

  • A competitive salary (£40-£60k FTE based on experience), pension scheme

  • Location: All staff are working remotely during the Covid-19 period. Once restrictions are lifted we would expect you to work from the London office a minimum of 1 day / week to support team working and development.
